About Steven Richards

Steven Richards started his career in commercial real estate in 2018 as an Asset Manager, Property Manager, and Leasing Coordinator in the largest city in the U.S. for multifamily and retail properties in Manhattan and The Bronx. Managing a large multifamily portfolio with over 40 properties and more than 1,250 multifamily units.

Working at Marcus & Millichap in Salt Lake City as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the single-tenant net lease asset class, he brokered numerous transactions that include but were not limited to brands like Wendy’s, Walgreens, 7-11, Swig, Mo Bettas, Chipotle, Subway, Jiffy Lube, Advanced Auto parts, to name a few. His retail team produced nearly $60 Million in transaction volume while there.

This has provided extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate environment in the Greater Salt Lake metro area which is now extremely valuable in his current affiliation at Spark Realty.

Steven was a Division 1 collegiate athlete playing football at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Steven loves spending time with his wife, Katrina, and their 3 children. When he is not with them, you can find him playing sports, hiking, weight lifting, fly fishing, or training for the next Spartan race.
